From the main screen you can access a short demonstration video that explains a few of the new features you’ll find in AdvancedMD version 5.5. We urge everyone to take a few moments and view this video to get an idea of what to expect with the new release. You’ll also find a link to the Release Highlights from your main screen. This document will provide more depth into how the features found in version 5.5 can benefit your operations.

To keep you aware of the release process we’ll be posting system alerts to notify you two weeks prior, two days prior and on the day that your system is upgraded. We will also send an email to administrative contacts notifying them before the update.

We’ve also prepared several additional resources to help you familiarize yourself with the new release once you have been upgraded. The Release User Guide and Release Notes discuss the new features of version 5.5 and how to use them effectively. We will also provide recorded training videos that walk you through the new features step-by-step. These resources will be available to you via your Dashboard after the upgrade.
